Presidential Estates is widely regarded as one of the premier established neighborhoods in Los Banos. It sits on the south/west side of town near W. Pacheco Blvd (CA-152) and the west-side entrance to the city, putting it close to the main retail corridor and giving residents a quick on-ramp toward the Bay Area and Central Coast.
Homes here tend to sit on larger lots with fenced backyards, offering more space than some of the newer, denser communities in town.
