North Los Banos is home to Vineyards, Ranchwood, Skylark, and Citrus — a mix of long-established and mid-2000s-built pockets on the city's north side.
Ranchwood is one of the city's oldest subdivisions, established in 1964, with homes generally 1,070–2,980 sq. ft. and recent sales running $375,000–$525,000. Vineyards was built out between 2000 and 2008, with homes generally 1,070–2,460 sq. ft. Citrus is known for its quiet, citrus tree-lined streets and family-friendly feel, close to schools and parks. Skylark is a smaller, quieter residential pocket.
